Please read through our FAQ’s and Policies before you purchase an item.

Shipping

The handling of your item is a week, however we will keep you updated when the order is received and shipped. If an item is bought over the weekend, the process will only start on the Monday.

Courier options

We only use Aramex for our shipping needs. They offer overnight shipping that goes right to your door. They have been very reliable and the tracking feature is very effective. You can track your parcel on their site or via their app.

Returns & refunds - Secondhand items

All our secondhand clothing items are not refundable. PLEASE note that we will not make a refund on those items. We document the condition of the items in the product description. We inform you of any imperfections for you to make an informed decision.

Returns & refunds - Handmade items

We offer a refund and return items on handmade items up to 5 working days after purchase. A photo of the item must be sent to confirm condition of item. After the 5 days, none will be made.
The cost of shipping the item back is completely the customers. If an item has signs of wear or any damage from use in the 5 days, we will not issue a full refund.

Damage ,theft & lost item during transport

We do not have insurance on items during transport. If an item gets damaged,stolen or lost on the way, it is a matter between the courier service and not with Founded. We can not make out a refund for this matter.

Item's condition

We wash all our thifted items to ensure good hygiene. If there any permanent stains, we will document it with photos and descriptions on each item.
